Your resort for sale information will be published at buymyweek.com and included in newsletters that are emailed to our subscribers along with other advertising and various social media platforms. When advertising your timeshare with BuyMyWeek there are no guarantees as to whether or not your timeshare will sell. With the sellers permission subscribers may be provided with contact information of the timeshare owner who is advertising. It is the responsibility of the potential buyer and seller to communicate pricing and conditions for a successful transfer or sale. Seller will be notified when someone expresses interest purchasing your timeshare. BuyMyWeek along with any subsidiaries, parties related to BuyMyWeek or any of it’s agents are not responsible for any communication between buyers and sellers. BuyMyWeek is merely an advertising and timeshare resource center designed to connect buyers and sellers by offering a classified ad section. Your ad will expire after a successful sale or transfer of your ownership. You may sell your timeshare on your own. It is your responsibility to inform BuyMyWeek if you sell your timeshare or if you do not wish to continue advertising. Your ad expires after 1 year from date of original subscription. Subscriber has the option of renewing add after it expires. There are no fees or commissions due to BuyMyWeek after any successful sale. Commissions may be due if any sale is referred to and sold by an outside broker with your approval.
